The content here must be good, since people are copying it and re-selling it.  One seller on ebay is exposed here and now.

02 JANUARY:  The same thief who has 6 neg feedbacks is now trying to 'pump up' his feedback rating by purchasing .01 CENT items on ebay.  Look at his (her) purchases here  Numerous recent auctions list the thief as the buyer and winner of a 1 cent auction.   This is to get free and easy feedbacks, inflating his/her rating.   But I assure you, this is the same person as all of these multiple accounts below.  I have full proof here of this scammer.

And it's not just WoW.  He also copies LII.
Look at him WIN this auction and WIN this auction to buy other people's EQII guides.
And now look at him selling a EQII guide.

Look at him WIN this auction and buy someone else's WoW Bot guide.   And he WON this auction and bought yet another WoW guide.
And now look at him selling a WoW Bot guide.

He also just bought a Final Fantasy 11 Guide.  Guess we know whats coming next!

(note:  to prove he bought the above auctions, click the links, get the item numbers, and then look at his feedback history to see those same item#'s as his purchases)

Why is a prolifent WoW guide seller who claims "I am the owner of this material" and claming to be so knowledgeable in WoW having to buy up everyone else's WoW auction in order to sell his own?  Why is he running around buying other people's WoW guides?   Look how many WoW guides he sells.  ROFL!  So we see that Tlengendgs is going around buying up other people's WoW auctions, copying them and reselling them.  Just like he did with mine.  My own personal story of my encounter with this scum is below.  So, my fair reader....read on!

Other handles of the thiefinclude: thxnec,  eckonec, gamers-hell, pee330, masterguidez, and wowguides.   who knows how many more he uses.

HIS WOWGUIDES ACCOUNT WAS BANNED BY EBAY FOR FALSELY INFLATING HIS FEEDBACK notice how Wowguides was a registered user as of 12 Dec and is no longer registered.  BANNED!  (his 100% feedback was fraudulent, and it was me that reported him)

But he wont leave, he just keeps coming back with new handles like a putrid stench.

A LITTLE HISTORY

It is a sad, but unfortunate truth.  Capitalism breeds both entrepreneurs who strive to create a quality product, and thieves who seek to make a fast buck on the backs of someone else's hard work.  The content on this site, unless expressly stated, or within the forums, is 100% my own.  I have logged countless hours working hard, compiling, testing, researching, and programming to provide you the best product I am able to produce.   I listed my product on ebay shortly after the game released.  Now, I love capitalism, and I enjoy the opportunity to compete with other people who also are producing their own online gaming products to sell.  I have no problem with this.  Another guy works hard to provide a similar product on another site.  Great!   This is part of what makes our economies so great.  But unfortunately, there exist another type of 'seller.'  Those who have nothing to offer except re-selling the information of others.

On November 26th, an ebayer with the name "guidez4you"  bought my product.  Now, I give everyone the benefit of the doubt even though I was a bit suspicious right away that I may be soon ripped off.  My paypal receipt of this transaction is here and is proof that he bought a restricted realm subscription.

It wasn't long after that I began to see another ebay auction with a similar name as my own.  I clicked the auction and saw that guidez4you was selling a WoW guide.  Click here to see his listing.   He goes by several names.  Here he is going by the handle thxnec.  And his here goes by the name eckonec.  And finally, in his latest auctions, he is going by the handle wowguides.  Here is what he advertises in his ad:

"Powerleveling, keys to the Game, beginner's newbie guide, maps, guides & info to each race & class."

Keys to the Game.  Bahh!  That is a direct lift from this site!! I secretly acquired his information and it was a pure copy of my own.   The information in his guide is a COPY of my own material.  And he has the gall to claim it is original!   Look at his disclaimer:

"Additionally, no claim is made whatsoever that the content herein is in anyay afilliated with Blizzard Entertainment®  Purchases are strictly for site membership, my time, and a compendium of  my personal opinions regarding online gaming. "

Again, a direct COPY of my own disclaimer.  The line "Purchases are strictly for site membership, my time, and a compendium of  my personal opinions regarding online gaming." is one that I personally invented and wrote last year when I sold SWG guides on ebay.   I use this exact line on every main page of my website!   This guy can't even write a disclaimer, let alone original WoW material.  And what about all the stuff he has in his guide that wasn't lifted from me?  Well, any reasonable person can conclude that it was simply lifted from someone else.

Wait it gets better!  Here's a great laugh.  Look at his auction here:  in his disclaimer he forgot to delete the part about 'purchases are strictly for forum membership" when he stole it from me.  AND HE DOESN'T EVEN HAVE A FORUM!  Bwahahah.    Talk about laziness.  He can't even steal information well.

And he has the audacity to state in his latest auction :

"Beware of COPY CAT sellers who copy my description/title word for word"

Rofl!  I am majoring in Psychology.  I can tell you that it is psychologically sound theory that one who knows they are doing wrong will often accuse someone else of the same activity in order to alleviate their own internal guilt.  The word for it is called "projection."   Aesop, the famous guy that wrote fables centuries ago, alluded to it in one of his morals "misery loves company."  Lie, steal, cheat, and then blame the other guy for doing it in order to feel better about yourself.   This person is a thief.  First, he steals the title of my auctions, then my material, all the way down to my disclaimers.  Unreal.  But that's what happens you make a quality product!  In a way, I am flattered to know that what restrictedrealm offers is good enough that someone else needs to lift it in order to boost their own product.

I understand that I may receive a neg feedback as a result of this exposure.  I don't care.  I have zero tolerance for someone who rips my creative material, and will not be manipulated by a petty thief.  And, of course, I banned his account.
