THE ORDOS SMACK DOWN

BO EXPLAINED:

PLAYER 1 IS THE PLAYER USING GUILD  (P1)

PLAYER 2 IS THE PLAYER USING IX  (P2)

DONT CONFUSE P1 AND P2!!

P1 will be rushing Eye In The Sky immediately, while making Kobra and giving his Kobra to P2.

P2 will be rushing dust, laser, and IX bombs, and using P1's Kobra.

GOAL:  Designate a base and wipe out immediately through a double team of EITS/KOBRA from one player and IX/DUST/GAS/LASER from the other.  The EITS player gives all his ground units to his partner and controls only EITS..

SPECIFIC BUILD ORDER PLAYER 1 (GUILD)

Factory First, Upgrade fac.
7 Dust Scouts, then pump up Kobra endlessly.  Have your units rally-build outside your factory IN FRONT OF the designated enemy base (both of you will be rally-building all your ground units to the same place)
Hangar.  Place Hangar on the base closest to your enemy base- you may need to put it in your parts base if needed.  Upgrade hangar immediately, pump out 6 EITS
Build 3 refineries (no kidding!  3 of them!)
Guild Palace (the game will never get this far, you will win long before you need guild, but JUST IN CASE it lasts that long, you will own with guild cuz your enemy will be holed up in his base)
IMPORTANT:   GIVE ALL YOUR GROUND UNITS TO YOUR PARTNER!! YOUR ONLY JOB IS TO CONTROL THE EYE IN THE SKY

SPECIFIC BUILD ORDER FOR PLAYER 2 (IX)

SPECIFIC BUILD ORDER PLAYER 2 (IX)
Barracks + Scouts (scout map quickly!  This is so important because your partner will be using Eye in the Sky.  Make enough scouts to get a good look at an enemy base!   You dont need to scout the whole map, just the nearest enemy!)
Make 15 Gas Troopers
Factory:  (NO UPGRADE!- do not upgrade your factory)
15 Dustscouts, and endless laser tanks.  Build Rally all units (including gas) to a spot infront of your enemy base.  If you and your partner are too far away (oppositte ends of the map) to build rally in front of the enemy, then one of you needs to put a factory in the others base so that you can do this.  You will be working extremely FAST.  You will be killing someone IMMEDIATELY.
Make Second Factory
IX (pump out endless ix bombs, build rally them to the place with the rest of your units)
Refinery, Refinery, Refinery (3 of them).  Then make your third factory

INSTRUCTIONS:

BO VARIATION
Really the only way to defend against this BO is if your opponents play all Ordos.  In this case, do NOT...repeat do NOT make any laser tanks or Kobra....both of you just dump out dustscouts nonstop.  This is why I lost vs. Earedil once because I did not modify my BO vs. the Ordos opponent.  Once we killed off Cerb, we should have made pure Dust.  If only ONE of your opponents is Ordos, then stick to the BO and try to kill him off first.  If you do not kill off Ordos first, then immediately upon killing the non-ordos opponent, switch to pure dustscouts.

Player 1 with EITS (eye in the sky)- his number one job is to destroy the FACTORY of the nearby enemy.  By the time he flies in his first EITS, player 2 will already have a mass of 15 dusties, 10 gas, and at least two kobra given to him by his partner, and laser tanks on the way.  Do not attack until the factory is destroyed.  There is no possible way to stop the factory from being destroyed.   Once his factory is destroyed, THEN RUSH!   Move your 15 gas in behind your main units.   Your units will greatly outnumber his.  The EITS will keep pouring in and his base will be rubble in 2 minutes. If you make EITS right away, having not even made a barracks, you will succeed in destroying the factory, no matter what.  The only possible exception is if you are playing atreides who goes right for a hangar.  If you see this happen, then rush his base.  The moment you see that hangar pop up, your units will outgun his units.  And even with a hangar, it takes equal time to make a drone as it does EITS.  IF the atreides guy skipped making a barracks like Player 1 did, then his drone will be out in time to prevent the EITS.  In this case, he cant even make a turret yet. Rush rush rush.    If he made a barracks, then the EITS will get there in time, and in this case, if there is no drone out yet, BLOW UP THE HANGAR!   If you see a drone coming out and you can get the fac, then do it!!   Even if a drone is out, you can still move the EITS several squares before it is killed (takes about 4 shots from the drone to kill one).

Once drones are on the map, the EITS player should stop making EITS and start making guild.   In either case, since he made a hangar, he will not have sufficient starting units to withstand your rush, so rush him.  Keep those kobras coming.    Your 15 gas troopers will do the job easily.   If he makes a turret, no big deal.  Move some dust in close to the turret while your 15 gas move behind and immediately kill his buildings.  15 gas will kill a building in about 5 seconds.  He will not be able to stop you.  Your laser tanks are already on the way by this time so even if his turrets are slowing you down and/or a mino, you will kill them easy.  If his partner is harkonnen who is coming to help, he will have no chance to save him in time.  You will have lasers and Kobra which decimate harkonnen..  By the time you have a couple lasers, IX bombs will be flowing. By now, you MUST be in combat!!   You should NOT be sitting around by this time.   In the mass comotion of the attack, it is SOO EASY to move IX in his base.  Sacrifice a couple dust if necessary in order to provide cover for your IX bombs.  Whatever the EITS did not kill, you will finish off easily with IX.  He cannot stop you.  100% of the time you will destroy a base in under 3 minutes.   Without IX, this strat is unbelievably powerful.  With IX in the mix, it is unstoppable.   There is just no way you can be stopped.

What is the best way to defend vs this?

The simple answer is, you cant!  A rare way to stop it is an MCV rush.   Other than that, the BEST defense against this is for you and your partner to be ordos and DO THE SAME THING to them.  Or attempt to make a pure unrelenting dust scout force.  But be warned, if you both go for pure dust, ONE OF YOU WILL be destroyed.  But if you both do the same thing, then that is your best way to counter this.  In this case you will both wipe out one base, and it will be a tie game.  I know that many of you are thinking your minds all these ideas to stop it.  But it cannot be stopped.  Sardcore and I played thoxen and sarbaukar 3 games in a row- we TOLD them it was coming.  Thoxen KNEW exactly what we were doing and he STILL couldn't stop it.  It is THAT good, guys!    It is practically unfair.  If you get a partner and practice this tactic, I kid you not, you will see first hand how utterly unstoppable it is.  The best way to defend it is to just be ordos and counter it with the same tactic.  Make sure you follow the BO's and you will see that this is the ultimate tactic- totally lethal, and without weakness.

SO GET YOUR PARTNER, HAVE HIM STUDY THIS PAGE, AND PRACTICE THIS TACTIC.  It works, and it works unbelievably well.  Of course, it will only work if you use your units properly.  No tactic, no matter how good, will work if a player doesn't know how to use his units.

This tactic takes high coordination and extreme precision between you and your partner.  You cannot expect it to work on your first try. If the guy making kobras forgets to give his units to his partner, you will fail.  If the guy making EITS puts his hangar on one side of fisher plain, while the enemy is on the other, it will fail.  If both of you do not rally your vehicles off your factories to the same location, it will fail.  If either of you forget to build refineries and upgrade them constantly, it will fail.  For this to work, you must practice it. Unless you are a very good player who knows how to properly use ordos units, you can forget about doing this successfully until you practice it many times. Have fun!!

NOW SHOW ME THIS BO DANG IT!
