10K, no prebuilt, no starting units. You are facing elite47. You are Ordos. Big mistake.

Build Order: (directly from Elite47 himself, this is not my interpretation of it, this is the actual BO!)
(windtraps not included, just build those as necessary)
| Factory First - build a harvester as your first unit then pump out pure dustscouts like mad |
| Barracks - 14 chems at first. Then stop. |
| Refinery - Upgrade it |
| Refinery - Upgrade Ref again (stop refinery upgrades. You now have 4 harvs working which is good for now) |
| Make Second Factory (now do another refinery upgrade then another) |
| Second Barracks (now pump up chems to 50- make tons of them) |
| Make a third barracks (all refs should be upgraded by now) |
| Make a third factory and then another refinery- and its freestlye from there. |
Instructions from Elite47:
"Pretty much getting a jump on money without sacrificing build time for
dusties (cuz u went fac first). its a normal rush but it maximizes dust and chems
while still having a good income. After you got those 4 harvs you should be ok
for money and so u can build extra buildings to speed up production while
upgrading your refineries. As a result you get units and inf pumping out like
their is no tomorrow pretty quick."
