Don't move it, unless you are situated on the south spot (harkonnen mcv 
can't deploy there)
Moving only cost time.
After placing a power plant you have to build a factory.
 

place the factory and make a barrack.
Make 5 buzzsaws, 2 assualt tanks and then a mass off buzzsaws.
Waypoint them to the entrance off your base.
