The 7 bikes and infantry will protect you from any immediate rush.  They will NOT protect you from a major rush 5 minutes into the game...HOWEVER...there is really no way your opponent will be able to kill you in time before you make your MCV and Carryall.  Even if you get rushed and LOSE THIS BASE, you will get a NEW BASE when you steal your opponents!  Against very aggressive double rushers...that is EXACTLY what happens.  (tip:  Make your windtraps in your partners base!!)
